Event  Assistance  

Before Event:

• Printing of "Posters"

• Printing of "Handouts"

• Printing of "Bulletins"

• Loading of Trailer/Chapel*

• Picking up supplies needed for event

Event:

• Set up of Chapel and Tarp on Friday afternoon*

• Putting up Posters around track

• Looking after Chapel when we are working the pits and paddock areas in case someone needs us and to call us on the radio.

• To assist in the "Kids Paddock" with the children's programs (VBS)

• Help set up for Bible Study on Saturday evening.

• Help set up for Chapel service Saturday night after Bible study.

• Help with Sunday Chapel service.

• Someone to play musical instruments for Sunday service.

• Help with teardown on Sunday afternoon - 

  • Cleaning up tables and chairs.

  • Taking down tarp.*

  • Loading trailer/chapel.

After Event:

• Unload trailer*

• Returned borrowed equipment
